The actual Stooges could run it better! Their methods were kinda sideways, too, but they (nearly) always got the job done one way or the other.

Hendricks is NOT a CEO, he is someone sycamore shuffles around as a figurehead to drive a business to liquidation before sycamore moves on to the next investment. The same with Lisa Harper.
Does it really matter at this point. The whole corporation is falling apart. I was recently moved to a different area that was supposed to be a step up when in reality it sucks. The only good thing is that we have a wonderfull new store manager. The lead in my dept wanders around most of the day or when he is the dept he grabs up all the good sales without a care. Everybody else wants me swap shifts for their personal issues and it is a switch to the shifts that like a ghost town. And our HR is so self important that it is a major production to actually acommadate anybody. I usually take pride in my work but in belk it doesn't matter. I see the store manager running around trying to get the store together and he does not know yet that belk sets you up to fail. I have made a decision to quietly quit until I find something else. I can no longer be one of the few that actually tries to do the right thing. I can't wait to get out of there. Maybe I will get lucky and they will start closing down stores. And before shilly makes some nasty comment, I am actively looking for something else and I will give notice soon because obviously if I feel the need to complain this much I don't belong there anymore. It really does not matter who the CEO is it still is a joke either way.

Sam Rayburn once said that any jacka$$ can kick down the barn door, but it takes great and talented carpenter to build one! Well, Belk corporation is so sad and desperate for leadership now for CEO that any blind man with great connection with Sycamore Partners will do just fine!
