As long as this company continues to pay for a diversity and equity dept. Our fate is sealed. Waste of economic resources to countinue funding that team. Useless Woke baggage. Cut them loose and free up more payroll dollars to be used to pay down debt

Just sell rewards + and get credit card aps or your fired. Be nice to your employees but hold them accountable to this or get rid of them. This company has no direction at this point. Retail is simple. Can not wait for MFT’ SM call I am sure we will all feel so much better after her motivational leadership. I will never understand the choices of who we kept and who we let go. So much talent kicked to the curb and so many cool aid sucking hacks left.
SVP of culture and diversity(NC) is still with us. Check myhr. The whole dept is still there. Agreed dead weight and woke uselessness!
The head of that department was let go as well.
