It was a joke, all they did was talk about their work-life balance and laugh while we work out tails off trying to keep up with limited support.
No one has time for these things anymore. They sucked all the fun out of work and want us to spend hours on Zooms just to say they had them. Nope.
I find “Act Faster” offensive. I am loaded down with admin work and follow up with GBS. I have constant meeting invites and my inbox is ridiculous. The technology is slow and barely works at times.
