The problem is that the the high up union reps get paid too well, on your backs. They say they have done all this work (wearing their dress shoes, in your shop), with the carrier, with congress, etc... The ol story goes "pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered." Your high union reps will suggest this contract, just to keep themselves employed. The PEB: It doesn't fix the attendance policy, and wanna make folks pay 15% of the monthly health insurance. Not to mention the carrier making record profits and still trying to force us to work more, with less bodies. A completely sabotaged and long corrupted system. Good news is...the unions will do.........absolutely nothing, and continue to get paid more than you, for your hard work. Lol. Good luck, nobody other than yourself, forces you to work for that toxic company.

I quit them when they started PSR. Make way more now, and work less. Also, get to spend time with my family.
Finally, somebody with some sense made a comment. I hope that you don't work there anymore. They will find and fire you over slandering the company. Nothing on here is really anonymous, with the right people looking into it.

Not to mention. We actually pay other unions, that do not even pertain to us, to do our bidding with the government. Unions that are reputable, that wouldn't even consider a strike with us. However, our dues go up, to pay them. While our union reps make a ton of money, and walk in the place like mob gangsters. Really all they do is take some of the workers money to pay someone else to do their work. Completely useless.
