- Shares were over 250 just 3 or 4 years ago. Fire them all
Moni only cares about MONEY, his own that is. If the health care company pays him more than 3m, he will be gone pronto.

The only way moni is ceo is until a permanent can be hired to replace mike, who is likely opting to "retire" as part of the next earnings announcement. The board can just tell him to sit around and blather in the office daily until he's told his time is up too.
