Simply amazing treatment that should be noted !

Reply’s to - double standards manager - Deep South - south land market.

When you have information about wrong doings - horrible treatment - ethics concerns - wrongful terminations - it is simply amazing the power that is held to make it all go away with a stroke of a key to block any information being communicated.

Emails disappear / emails can be blocked from ever going Up the chain. Lowes is a pitiful company to work for. There is know wonder why stocks are plummeting- good managers leaving and the cronies keep their jobs.

Unionized work force would be for the better. There is no coming back from the pit that has been dug and continues to drag good hard working people in the pit with them. Morales values honest work ethics are a thing of the past.

Market managers hire their cronies in place of those being removed. With ties to Marvin himself that is making problems for his cronies disappear!

What a spot on post ! M1371 - Deep South - they fired two store managers for bringing up ethics concerns to the ETHICS board and both where terminated.

Asm reports retaliation concerns to AR - Asm gets terminated another ASM reports what he was made to do for MKTMGR and regional sales Mgr and gets terminated. Another Asm terms an hourly thieving DS but she is of one race and he was another and the Asm gets terminated.

Those ASM’s where replaced with the same race as the mktmgr and what the MHRBP likes and now they are going after every other race but their own.

Marv knows about all of this - I made sure of it !

Speaking of emails disappearing.....
Let me tell you a story about a DS who is now an ASM and his crony behavior with the since promoted SM to corporate. That DS was confronted with complaints against himself and others of racist attacks, se-ual harrassment and general scumbaggery. Several employees wrote statements and submitted them to that DS. Well, that DS was in tight with that bully SM and they proceeded to silence it all. In fact, those very written statements were found on a desk for the entire store to read. THAT'S how complaints at our store were dealt with. And THAT was in the deep south too. THE END.

This sounds all to familiar with the dealings I had personally with the south markets. The MHRBP was basically in bed with market manager. Anything reported on either of them only brought turmoil to the store. From what I hear from my former associates is morale is in the ditch / can’t make surveys / don’t hit any metric goals. The management they brought in are 1 race getting rid of any other race but theirs own.
