Was Sebastian In HC USAC really let go? I thought he was a high flyer. Maybe repositioning HC with people competent to lead if the spin goes down. He would not fit that description.
Just like any layoffs in the recent 10 years, very few people in management are affected. It is always the worker bees that get canned, just like clockwork.
The interesting thing is at the end of the year, you will see that many people in management ranks will get promoted, since the company based a bunch of $$ by cutting the working sheeple of Mother Mining ! Seen it so many times of the last decade or so.
