It is quite understandable why many have come to hate their job here, a job they once enjoyed. The problem is, however, that many stay despite having lost all motivation. However, if all those who despise working here left, I wonder who would remain at Allstate? There is almost no one here who still loves their job.

The job by itself is not the problem, handling claims, settling claims, paying claims, helping people not that difficult. The problem is the Allstate Wizards have complicated everything so much, turned the process and systems into such a maze, navigating the jigsaw puzzle, poor staffing, not the best pay or benefits, managers an mid supervisors that treat employee's like livestock and make them feel like it would be no problem to replace you. Dignity and respect has been lost on both sides of the aisle. Was not like that in the distant past, not sure what the Ivory Tower Wizards have been trying to accomplish and they do not know either.
Then leave. I’m ok with one less whiner in the mix
