Will severance be cut or reduced if the spiral continues? Will those of us who are loyal end up getting 4 weeks for example after 20 years since we have no cash?

Can anyone share the latest severance package ? Seems many rumours flying around.
My friend got 3weeks per year service, back in 2019
Looking back seems he got a great heck of a deal
severance for all employees will be
age 22-41 1 week per year of service
age 41+ 1.5 week per year of service
severance will be capped at 20 weeks as for 20 years of service
any employee less than 2 years of service will get minimum 2 weeks
Severance is a pittance now. Compared to 2019 it is much lower. Of course with time it will get more and more miserly. What else do you expect ???
