Store managers making over $100k are seriously being looked at by corporate, it’s gonna be a firing bloodbath come January.
All these store managers who are “coasting” by having everyone else do all the work making large six figure salaries , YOUR DAYS ARE NUMBERED!
Here is a great idea. Let all store Belk managers and do nothing top RVPs go a day before Thanksgiving 24/2022 this year. so they have something to feel and thanks about their easy filthy jobs. They also have a lot time to stuff their turkey with resumes for a new job! Don’t wait to January it it too long and such a waste of Belk money and time!

Fire all incompetent store managers or top RVPs and Belk will have a lot of revenue and opportunity to make it and change. Otherwise the ship is sinking and there are no life boats for these useless managers!
