Before, I was asking if anyone had heard any rumors about layoffs because I was worried about losing my job, but now, I'm asking when the layoffs will happen because I'm looking forward to getting my package and leaving Allstate.

The fools who have convinced themselves that hanging on is worth it to receive “a package.” Good God are you people in for a rude awakening. Any severance you will be short lived. Unless you are financially equipped to retire, then I might suggest you get off your keester and get real busy looking for a new job or career before the rug gets pulled from underneath by Allstate. Because your dreamed for severance package might buy you a couple of months in terms of paying the bills before it dries up and you sit there stunned and screwed.
Here’s a hint, not happening
Hopefully you don't get shuttled off and rebadged to the vendor instead of getting a package. This company is going to do that to a lot of us to avoid paying out as much severance.
