My favorite part about GOSC is when you simplify the ask to something like "update Excel cell A1 daily with number from system X" and that gets done wrong. Then you're told to retrain the person on how to copy/paste. And they still do it wrong. And then you get told that you must be asking for something too complicated and to simplify the task. It's great for productivity.
@4uyb+1i8Zy0xS yup and packaged as some sort of bold move to propel the company into some fantasied greatness. Yeah bring back the jobs to America, where they belong. GOSC is the absolute worst.
Met back to trying to fill Cary NC positions for 3 reasons..
- they can't find good talent in India at GOSC that stays for more then 3 months.
- They are way under their headcount requirements and have been for years for all the tax credits they received.
- Nobody wants the buildings they are stuck with..
