I've been here for nearly a decade. It's been a semi-decent place to work outside of layoffs. This latest stunt they're pulling has me rethinking that. I can deal with layoffs but this wait, this "will it, won't it" is too much. If they had let it go for a few days after the leak and then cleared things up, that'd be one thing. But letting it linger like this? That's cruel beyond words. This company is led by cowards and I'm now wondering if those are the kind of people I want to work for.

@rzz I didn't have a reason before. Now I do. What's strange about that?
Dont worry...they may push you out before you make that decision
You are thinking about leaving for the first time? wow
Guys just leave
I did in 2008 and grow very well
In these age you need to move every 5 years even if you are 55
You learn to stay sharp and let them know if you leave competition will make more money $$$
It's about $$$$
So make it about $$$$$
I have taken Ford mistakes and leason learned to competition and they were so happy to make $$$$$ from it
If ford would of kept me 30 years doing nothing it would of cost them less :)
In a few weeks we will know our fate.
This is ridiculous. During SRD, we had to 'be patient' for almost a year. Who in their right mind thinks asking their employees to 'be patient' and 'stay focused' like this is reasonable?. It's just plain cowardice and poor management. Do the right thing and be straight with us!
What they are doing to us is terrible. You'll hear it from us first, never!!!!! Now wait, and wait, and.........wait.
I could not have said it better myself. I agree.
Don't let the door hit you on the way out.
They are working on packages, be patient.
