SA pooling is going to happen. EK and his SEDs are working on new name for Agile TSA and Click2Expert but it is going to be the same disaster under the covers that promotes lower pay and no career growth for SAs and TSAs.

SAs are going to a pool model. Why do you think they are not backfilling most SAs. They need to lower the cost of pre-sales engineering regardless if it is a generalist or an overlay TSA. They all are going pooled.
It has been said many many times, Agile TSA is only for TSAs, not SAs.
