It's interesting how many people still blame Xerox for everything while at the same time doing nothing to take control of their lives and their careers. Honestly, what do you expect from this company? To change something for the better? No, that won't happen, so stop blaming others for your mistakes, update your resume and move on with your life.

So I gather each VP is now tasked with rebutting / refuting / or defending the corporate decisions on this page. Seems to me they should be focused on taking this information and trying to improve the company - you know instead of like when ESMS results came out and we all had to develop the corrective action plan to fix satisfaction results without touching topics like pay, work environment, process or leadership. The "be happy because I said to be happy" approach.
Too bad our 'leaders' (VP's, Senior VP's and Presidents) would rather protect and defend their position, pay and bonus plans instead of the corporations total health.
