Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Xerox has way too many problems to be able to fix them any time soon. There's no transparency, we have a complete lack of vision and clear direction for the future, and we're top-heavy to the point that you could cut two-thirds of them and we wouldn't feel it. These are not small issues that can be easily changed. So don't expect to see things improving any time soon.
