As someone who works closely with the process design team, marketing is going to get ripped to shreds and digital is next.
If you have to ask whether there will be layoffs, it is time to leave. It was time to leave 2 years ago and many are still waiting around circling the drain. You are going down one way or the other unless you take proactive, courageous action and leave on your own terms.
Good people, it is much easier to get another job when you have a job. It is not a good look to employers when you are unemployed in this once in a lifetime, employee-friendly, employment market.
