Will it be after the spin-off of health care which gives its last boost to share price?

What’s happening with the bankruptcy? When is it over?
Maybe Early to mid 2024. Need a COO first.
Time’s up.
Praying for no CFO moving into that role or as the ceo of the spin. Even worse.
Time for an entirely new administration.
Completely unbelieveable that he is still running the show. He did inherit some unique challenges - SAP and not one, but two, break-the-bank sets of lawsuits (and PFAS has basically just begun). Despite that, by almost any measure, his tenure has been a complete disaster both qualitatively and quantitatively. Look at his legacy - Advance 3M (likely to be scrapped at some point, which will be a total mess), significant layoffs every year (he affectionately refers to these layoffs as part of his playbook), unprecedented employee attrition at all levels (COC, VP, or Director level attrition was almost unheard of prior to Roman), almost zero topline growth, massive loss of market cap and destruction of shareholder wealth. His swan song is splitting off the most profitable and likely the highest growth potential BG within the company because it is apparently ready to flourish on it's own (simple reality is the company needs cash to cover litigation expenses and settlements). He is one of two leading the hiring process of the new healthcare CEO (can somebody else do that, PLEASE). Not sure how the board of directors sees his performance . . . any other employee with this kind of record would have been jettisoned long ago.
what has happened to our once great company, it was an honour to work for Mother Mining. Now it looks as if it will shrink into two holdings to cater for collateral for liabilities. There is a saying "you are only a number", and now we all understand why our paychecks state our employee number ahead of our name. Everything is drying up so quick. CEO and CFO need to go.
Indeed the worst ever CEO in history. Just count the number of COC executives who resigned and left under his tenure.
Worst CEO performance ever! How he lasted and still there is a mystery. Internally employees have little respect for him ( yearly layoffs, cut to benefits, zero plan for growth) , while externally ( analysts, investors) have zero faith in him ( massive decrease in stock price and performance, miniscule increase in dividend raise, PFAS and eag plug litigation debacle)
