When should employees expect to hear about their raises from this focal?

- I would add have your resume waiting. You should already have had your review with your manager. If not I would be asking about that first. All of the ELT should be shown the door yesterday. That part about "everybody gets a raise" can't be further from the truth.
Already hearing there won’t be universal raises. That’s too bad because demflation is affecting everyone. Can we get some cash back from Oprah?
Yes, grade promotions happen all at the same time.
What about grade promotions? Will they be happening at the same time?
Managers don’t find out their focal budget until August 23 and they have to submit in the tool by August 25th. Then it goes for “fairness review” to ensure you aren’t being bias in your department. Then it must be approved by the Director, then VP. Managers are scheduled to hear what was approved and have reward conversations with their employees by the last week of September, basically the week of the Bonus Payout ( September 30) .

Bonus calc system has been changed according to P&C. They said there will be an increase, but mine has been decreased since June. July was even lower. I wonder what happened to mine...
Raises will only be for only 20% of people and there will be a preference towards the woke. If you are a straight white original male you are out of luck then unless you are Grade 13/14 or higher.
In the fall - September/October timeframe.
Your raise will be a function of the following straight forward calculations: Company’s total ATR (PMG1…PMGx) + CXG(CXG1……CXGx) at 100% achievement, + 100% iACV achievement across those PMG and CXG technology stack will determine your base raise by which certain multipliers associated with your grade, department and personal ESG score. After which a starbucks gift card will be sent to you via Connected Recognition. Please note, some years you may not qualify for the gift cards due to the company missing it’s target. Your raise will be $19.
Everybody is getting a raise, but an LR needs to take place first. The savings from that will be used to top up the remaining survivors.
Raises are for grade 13 and up this year.
