Xerox is a total mess. Is there anyone here who thinks that it is possible to stabilize this company? I think that, unfortunately, it is too late for that. I don't see how that would be possible.

Proprietary info?

Nobody at Xerox cares if you read or post here, unless you are posting proprietary information.
If you really believe Xerox HR or management is watching, you probably are watching Infowars as well.

Don’t let a good VPN go to waste.
@1rkk
Who are you....are you the main X hired cheerleader?
Dude, you are on here making comments ALL THE TIME
So either you have no life or this is your life, how pathetically sad!!
Xerox is still around??? And you work there? Whyyyyyy LOL.
Two guys fighting over peanuts. Peanuts for monkeys.
The most consistently deranged opinion posted here is that xerox sucks and is terrible, but is somehow also omniscient and manipulating and monitoring this board.
Which is it?
For everyone’s sake still at Xerox, I hope you have all read the privacy policy on the layoff.com.
Specifically 1.2, 1.3 and 2.0; regarding cookies and tracking.
And I really hope your personal phone doesn’t connect to a Xerox WiFi at anytime without you clearing your cache first.
I can do this all day.
(That’s a movie reference for you folks in ops)
If I wanted an a$$ho-e’s opinion, I’d just fa-t.
“Oh please stop with the philosophical quotes, you’re hurting my feelings”
If you can’t see the forest for the trees you will forever be dodging your future obstacles.
Oh please stop with the philosophical quotes, you’re hurting my feelings. Again, you are trying to be a deflection master but you’re being called out for the troll you really are. You obviously can’t offer anything factual so go back into the basement.
“Just like I figured. Nothing factual to substantiate your ludicrous claims.”
Sorry but denial is not a river in Egypt. A bird in a gilded cage has a limited view of the world. Get on the ground and follow the bread crumbs of enlightenment.
That’s all the free advice I will give to an ops employee.
Just like I figured. Nothing factual to substantiate your ludicrous claims. Thanks for proving my point. Another clown troll with no business posting on here. Thanks for playing:
“Operations across multiple states. I work with almost every team I mentioned day in, day out in some fashion”
Thanks. Look below ops for your answers.
Operations across multiple states. I work with almost every team I mentioned day in, day out in some fashion. Comes with the gig. Getting my popcorn ready now so I can listen to your bedtime stories about the entire company being forced to work overtime. I’m surprised I even had time to write this post, seeing that they don’t let me see the sunlight except on good behavior days when i leave my cell.
“Don’t try to deflect.”
No deflection intended. Just want to know how you could be so uninformed. Please provide your department and I will answer your question.
Don’t try to deflect. Just answer the question since you are the one spewing that the whole company is working ungodly hours and forced overtime. Please…enlighten us on some factual data.
“Why don’t you educate us on which departments are being forced to work “sweatshop hours” like you are saying?”
What department do you work in to be unaware of this issue?”
Why don’t you educate us on which departments are being forced to work “sweatshop hours” like you are saying? I’m very curious. Hmmm…could it be sales? Nope. Admin side? Nope, that pressure has subsided the past couple of years. Finance? Nope. L&D? Nope. Analysts? Nope. Engineering? Nope. Warehouse? Nope. Call center? Nope. Service teams? Maybe in some select areas where they lost more techs than usual, but for the most part are not working after 5 on a consistent basis.
So which is it? Your two fans on here are listening and waiting for you to educate us on your insider knowledge.
Yes it is a publicly traded company and they are in business to make money.
However it is poorly managed and as a result employees are treated like slaves. Work harder and work overtime off the clock daily/weekends to keep up with an overwhelming workload and you are rewarded with additional workload. This is caused by staff shortages and unrealistic expectations.
You know what’s more crazy? That a fully grown adult does not understand the concept of business 101. Do you think the majority of publicly traded companies are ran for the greater good of the people that work there?! No, it’s not a kumbaya retreat! Designed to do one thing and one thing only..make investors money. Once you realize that you take the emotion out of it and look it as just a job. And that’s ok as long as you are making the money you want and are having fun doing it. You make it sound like Xerox is forcing workers to work in a damn coal mine. Get a grip.
The ONLY reason X is still functioning is because the brain washed employees keep busting their a-s while the big wigs are laughing knowing their golden parachutes will happen regardless of what happens, you know that's the definition of insanity, right??
I hear Xerox and I think of horse saddles makers a hundred years ago.
I hear Xerox and think of my Walkman.
I hear Xerox and I think of my old record player and Smith Carona typewriter...
I hear Xerox and immediately think of Sears, Kodak, Fotomat, Polaroid, the AMC Pacer and the long gone 1970s...
Is it possible for you to stop posting another troll-like topic without any substance? That’s a better question than the one you asked.
