During my tenure in Cisco I worked with a really nice, competent and skilled salesperson. I’m sure a new role with similar or better terms could be easily obtained. I cannot phantom how skilled people like this keeps grinding Cisco quarters. There must be some sort of Stockholm syndrome keeping people from running away.

Cisco treats employees in the Sales org well. It's really not that bad... everywhere else is the problem
