Long term success

So how can DWW and the Leadership committee actually be serious about long term success when all of the less than 10year experience are resigning all over the place, the 10-20year experienced folks likewise but lesser extent and we cannot recruit college hires because frankly who wants to join EM. What are EM going to do to retain and recruit talent or does talent just mean BTC now? I hope this is seriously looked at or DWW has just set up his successor and the future company for failure

DWW doesn’t care! He will grab his shares then retire a multimillionaire having done very little. I don’t count his headcount reduction as accomplishments because he drove the headcount increases pre-Covid and the ridiculous zig when they zag growth strategy

DW and other senior executives know that EM and every other publicly traded company is measured (and they are paid) by the quarterly financial results, commentary about long-term strategy is simply part of their narrative. It’s not a uniquely EM problem by any means.
