Another CEO talks great, but lack execution & strategy in place, whether he has control over org... Keeping CAO & HR above his level is not the way forward.
Good guy with great intention , but will fail execution because of insubordinaton from old.
Not to blame old leadership who had woked all work for £$$€€...
Bring governance at micro level to correct the culture...
Identify why old & new bottom line workforce is not trained enough to execute or are not aware what to execute
Identify old VP, DIR ,SMGR, acoross all dept..who are failing the co for years...
As a whole primary leadersship canditates to be systematic laidoff & replaced with competent new candidates with progressive mind set.
Avoid targetting bottom line who are the actual team delivering the result & working without any training & direction given by leadership.
Correct the culture; first traning bottom line never been trained to deliver.Governance at leadership level who are not training bottom line & guiding what is the top strategy to execute.
Avaya would have been a multi billion dollar co , if old beacuracracy had been addressed, in past all new leadership surrenders to the package given.
Address the old leadership bad culture & excecute new transformation in next few years ...Correct the basics to survive
Old leadership has delayed the transformation...identify those leadership a-s.holes asap.. give them the red or exit asap....to save this great co which doesn't deseve to fail or get brupt.
