It would be interesting to do a survey about stress levels at WD. Have you ever experienced more stress than you do now?
Personally, I have never been under a greater load and stress. I have already started looking for other options.

If we had to measure 1-10 I’m at a 15 right now. My management is a joke and always says things will get better. Maybe it will get better when they lay me off? I can tell my management has been stressed out too but at a certain point when will they get help for us and themselves? Seems like everyone is trying to save money at the expense of employees health and mental health.
