It is a shame how my ex-coworkers are being treated . I left in 2018 when they downsized estimatics. They are regretting that now. I can see State Farm turning into the next Sears.
Can’t wait for WorkDay implementation and more stalking and micromanaging. Sick really. It’s not management. It’s ridiculous
We have lost half our claim force , that’s what happened after the bonus.
I heard they told people to stay for the August bonus and now that it's getting closer they are putting memos in your shields so you don't get one. This is how they save money and trick people into staying longer. I left after the March bonus!
I though everyone was quiting after they got the bonus.
What happened to that plan?

Is there anybody left in Stewardship that's not an ECR? I work in Proximity and all of my task come come mostly from ECRs that don't know the policy, don't know the OGs, Don't know the procedures and apparently nobody has a smart phone and everybody wants a prox inspection. It's easy to read the file notes and see the ECR put the same thing about an ACH Inspection in every claim. What a bunch of id--ts.
Clarification for previous post, first comment for salary review second for the barbecue!
