Sometimes I feel bad about it, but I barely manage to take my manager seriously. Maybe I could take him seriously if I had never worked anywhere else before and never had a manager who actually knows how to do his job. While there are exceptions, I think rarely does any manager here even bother to earn the respect of their team?
