Even if they laid off all the other company’s employees in the twin cities area, they will still not be able to properly settle the veteran lawsuit.

At $5 mil per case, with 233,000 plaintiffs, you are looking at something above 1 trillion dollars. And then doesn’t even count the legal fees and possible punitive damages if they decide to fight back. Realistically the amount could go up by a factor of 10.

This is what happens when you sc--w people over.

appears to be another wrong post here on thelayoff.com.There are no layoffs and no announcements of layoffs. In fact, divisions are backfilling positions.

What's the motivation for those lies here on this page?

The company was not running properly anyways. If the top dog does an Audit , he’d realize Selling of the whole operation might not be a bad idea

Sell both CBG and SIBG along with all the divisions. That should fetch about 120 billion.

Instead of layoffs, they should sell the business groups that want to break off. They’ll probably get as much money as is needed for the whole lawsuit.

10% is nothing. They would need a lot more for the veteran lawsuit.

If they say 10 it’s probably 30. Have seen this earlier.
