Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

One of the major holes in the ships - rewarding toxic behavior

Moved on to greener pastures but still connected to a couple Pepsi folks and every time I encounter somethinf on toxicity I flashback to where I used to be. Regardless of political stance, the fact of the matrer is that it's a competitive job market for skilled people (amd even unskilled at this point) so if you don't care about your people's growth or needs, the cream of the crop are not blind and will move on. Not sad about it all.
Good luck to you all during these times!

The leadership pockets get lined with toxic performers performance and that's why they turn a blind eye to it all. The all mighty dollar & greed will always prevail until new and fresh leadership squashes and eliminates this type of behavior and environment. Both the victim, senior leaders & HR have to have big ba--s to stand up to the good old big suit club. Seen it all day long from the top to the bottom, left and right within this company. Rarely do you see any disciplinary action from these allegations, but occasionally justice prevails.

At least the ones in your article are high performers. The ones in my department are not. Infuriating seeing these slackers promoted for milking the system. I’m convinced these people are management spies.
