I'd just like to know if NS turns people toxic or if toxic people are drawn to NS.

Sad state of affairs at the railroad , I remember before psr kicked in and so many lost their jobs , being able to come to work do your assigned task for the day and get done quick if you could find a nice cab if air conditioned in the summer and take a 6 hour nap , so you would be rested by the end of your shift to catch a game , maybe take your kids to a game if you were fortunate enuf to be on first , be off on weekends … never mind the second half of the statement their were few first shift jobs and fewer weekend off jobs . But the cab part was nice. But you could go home and be by yourself because you did not see your kids or better half .. every reason not to feel toxic even during good times.
