Venting is good, but a lot of venting is not good. I hope you all spend more time looking for new jobs than trying to find the best words to express your dissatisfaction here?

There really are no other outlets for the employees. Management watches this cite. They don't believe it - so it really is pointless - but it is probably therapeutic.....sigh.....
2 faced would be more accurate.

Take the time to learn about someone than firing off half cocked. Every person in this world has good in them. Some it's hard to find but it is our duty to look for that good and bring light to that which is perceived as not good.
