Ha. I agree with 1wx.. 350k by employee closest to the numbers is good news. Page of sellers just trying to cut their losses.

For some ppl 1/3 of a mill is very much; others , not so much. Given a CFOs intimate knowledges of their company, this particular purchase says a lot. He wouldn’t throw 300+ K out the window purposefully if the co. Was in dire straights.. I find it encouraging …

It’s a historically stable company with (some) growth potential, low expectations, and high dividend. Why not?

1/3 mil is sadly not much money nowadays. Small sp-t into the bucket.
