Chevron should end all the high potential development programs and stick with programs open to everyone like Horizons.
PSG 26+ (and some 25s) in HR are non-essential to the HR function and to the business.
Chevron should take their vacant lot in downtown Houston and make it an intramural field for soccer, frisbee and other activities.
Executives focus too much on stock-boosting mechanisms like buybacks (dividend is ok to maintain dividend aristocrat status). It’s self-serving because their compensation is mostly stock. Executives should direct capital into projects that improve Chevron’s resiliency and America’s energy independence, even if the stock analysts don’t like it.
I want Chevron to push back against the ESG trend?
I think Chevron should offer more part-time employment options to avoid layoffs in the down cycle and provide employees with more flexibility.
Stop the layoffs and let things settle down before we jump into another big disruptive process. The employees have had all they can handle for now.
Chevron should use less contractors and more employees.
New executive management who will stop pulling the layoff lever to boost the dividend while taking no hit themselves. Stop sacrificing employees to boost their stock price. Their actions are destroying the company from the inside.
CTC should be disbanded and all IT digital platforms except ITFP should go back into the BU profit lines to improve direct accountability.
I would like to see management value IT much more. IT takes the brunt of layoffs and we are being overworked with the lack of employees.
@1pnn+1hs7UAuk Typical person who wants an Authoritarian in charge probably of the country. There is no room for constructive criticism only a blind loving of things. The "if you don't like it leave" crowd who refuse to accept any good change people ask for a will accept being dr-g through the mud like we have at Chevron the last couple years.
Upper management at Chevron is more dysfunctional than usual.
Chevron should fire the id--ts that complain on this site. You hope they read it. I hope they weed out all you negative people and fire you. If you like the company provide your feedback in the forums the company provides rather than hiding behind a nameless site. They do evaluate feedback from the proper channels but hopefully ignore this loser forum. If you don't like the company just leave and stop eroding the morale of everyone else. If you so like the company don't even read this junk.
Chevron should stay in California and stop moving employees to backwards Texas.
Chevron should sell Houston headquarters and move to Covington.
In essence, Chevron supports abortion by reimbursing birthing employees for travel to states where it is legal.
Chevron should value their employees more and stop the constant layoffs and change.
Chevron has a responsibility to protect it's employees and it's employee's children from violations of their human rights.
P.S. This site has deleted every comment I've made to this affect.
Chevron should move the headquarters from California to Texas.
Mike Wirth’s recent letter to the White House appropriately stated the deficiencies of current U.S. energy policies and causes of high energy prices.
I’m considering leaving Chevron in the next year.
Chevron is making the right moves in the energy transition.
I’m proud Chevron raises the PRIDE flag.
I think the employee networks divide us more than unite us.
Chevron should stay neutral on politically charged issues.
