Major Changes to Field Management structure on the horizon?

There may be some significant changes coming to field management structure. All the Regional teams have signed NDA's in the past couple of weeks. Speculation that Neighborhood Markets may be rolled into the Division One Structure as well as changes in Health and Wellness. August / September time frame.

The Retail King is absolutely incorrect. NDAs are a thing. Trust me.

Exactly market managers are rude. Never greet associates never say hello, nothing. No eye contact. What happened to the 10 foot rule. Guess it doesn’t pertain to them.

It would honestly make sense to roll NHMs in with the D1 org. The money we’re paying market and regional leaders to cross over each other is ridiculous. No reason an SC MM can’t take on a couple more stores in their market.

Yea, for H&W they’re sh*t canning the Vision Center Manager role and Putting Vision Center Area Managers in role. They already defacto removed the VC half of the bonus from most VC’s by making plan unattainable in most locations. For the store performance side, they will remove that half of the bonus by removing the VCM role entirely.
