Has anyone else had bank of america suits coming in their stores and asking random questions?

I love how they are blaming the stores for them turning off the air conditioning. The stores have no control over that and why would someone who works in a store want it to be hot. Another corporate lie. SHM
What a stupid thing to lie about. It’s widely known HVAC and lighting is controlled off site. They even got pissy about hitting the override.
it's hilarious they try and deny the air conditioning report. i remember specifically last year, after a week or two of it being warm in store, they posted a notice on mysource saying that store thermostats were set to one specific temperature. the notice also told stores to not try and change the temperatures or contact their hvac companies, because even one degree of change would be 10s of thousands of dollars in extra cost.
and before anyone tries to chime in about employees needing to suck it up? we do, but what do you tell the customers that keep complaining about how hot it is and how uncomfortable the stores are? especially the older ones
A new report from Bank of America claims that the company has cut air conditioning in an effort to quickly lower expenses to make up for a slump in sales.
Bed Bath & Beyond told CNN that any changes in store temperature guidelines did not come from corporate. “We’ve been contacted about this report, and to be clear, no Bed Bath & Beyond stores were directed to adjust their air conditioning and there have been no corporate policy changes in regard to utilities usage,” said a representative.

Still, analysts at Bank of America who have conducted store visits report mounting concerns, including labor hours that have been meaningfully cut, scaled back utilities, reduced store operating hours and canceled remodeling projects. Rewards programs have also been scaled back and replaced. The analysts expect Bed Bath & Beyond’s management will soon announce more store closures and halt openings of its Buy Buy Baby stores.
yes....typing 'hafta' instead of 'have to' is much more egregious then a company keeping their stores uncomfortably warm to save a little money on energy. sorry.
Hafta ?.SMH
Correction..meant where is the part about random questions?
Its not up to the reader to search .the poster should include the link..where is the BOA visiting part?
I was just in a store that was uncomfortably warm. I can’t believe they are saving with air conditioning in the middle of summer. Tell your customers to complain to corporate and call HR!!

"Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. is turning down the air conditioning at its stores in order to save cash, according to Bank of America analysts who conducted channel checks and store visits.
Other measures the company is taking include reducing store hours, with locations opening at 11am rather than 10am, cutting worker hours and canceling or postponing store remodels"
