Is it safe for faculty and staff to hold differing opinions about climate change, white supremacy, voting rights, women's reproductive rights, biblical translations (is the Bible to be taken literally?), and questions about televangelism and prosperity theology, Do most faculty and staff really believe the universe is less than 10,000 years old? Can faculty and staff even discuss metrics such as the online graduation rate?
