I got a decent offer last week and while I was weighing it against my current job, I couldn't find one reason to stay at Xerox, other than that pay at the new position is slightly lower (single-digit lower, nothing drastic). I'm trying to figure out if I'm missing something, since deciding to leave is never easy, but I can't think of anything that would make staying preferable.

Just the negative environment alone is enough reason to leave.
I've had 2-3 jobs since my layoff and ALL were better. Now perm and couldn't be happier, even on my suckiest day (which I've had none of)
Do it Now while it's an employee market in your favor. Don't look back!
Take it, just take it. There will be actions coming down from now until year end, you might want to remember that. No one is safe. Stop the mental mind f*ck, go be normal.
Why are you even hesitating with this decision....leave!!!
You will get raises in your new job and make up the $$ in no time
Huh…It looks like Xerox truly does suck!

Bye!
I also left for less pay but with the benefits I was even, within 2 yrs I was back making what I was when I left. And I have less responsibility. It all evens out.
But you still have to get vaccinated and do the job of 4 people, and get no help or support when you really need it.
There i go thinking negative again.
No you should stay. Once the company turns around you will make VP and be paid $22 per hour.
Keyboard warriors are out in full force tonite. How wonderful. Remember we all suck if you comment about anything on here.
If you are leaving for a winner that’s gold enough. It’s nice to work for a winner.
Enough for you to come on here. Bye Felicia
Great decision. There is nothing left there to stay for. Only a fool runs back into a burning house, as the house is already empty. You are doing whats best for you. Taking control of your life and your happiness. Its Not a mistake.
