GA is a unique company. Many comments concerning work ethic on here are true about employees. But that isn’t the reason I am leaving. The reason I am leaving is better benefits and overall package. And bc of poor management… management does not know how to evaluate talent. The bad evaluation of talent has caused many good people to leave… and I am happy to say my time at GA has come to an end

I left after 3 months. Sh-t pay and alot of expectations + huge backlog of features and no training or leadership guidance and no help from any person knowledgeable in the area. Leaving GA was the best decision I made my entire live!!! If you can stay afloat for a 3 months without a job, leave!!!! There are sh-t ton of opportunities! Even if you work for a startup, you will be alot happier and will make alot more money!
When did you decide to start looking?
