First the life savings go down with the stock, then the job security. Put two decades of work into this company and at the end of it I can say that it wasn’t worth it. Don’t know what comes next for some of us folks.

You got out easy if your worst worry is just the stock value. Others have had it way hard.
Sell stocks now. Whatever you gain now, however small, is worthwhile. Very much doubt the stock will ever see it's glory days come back.
