The value given to employees is disrespectful. BBB employees are the backbone of the the company. Hopefully something can be fixed but not in the foreseeable future

Well after all, it is Pride month
Our store associates do not participate in the childish games and coloring activities that BBBY is encouraging even though each month they are discussed.
Our SM buys drinks and snacks occasionally but that happened before the monthly fun calendars so it’s not new.
Our store has high expectations regarding service, productivity and respect. We are not children (even though the college students get goofy at times).
We don’t act like children and do not need childish activities to keep us satisfied.

The OP is talking about the color pages sent to stores via email. The links include all field leaders. Encouraging to see that at least these mall rats can stay within the lines when coloring. Too bad they don't put in as much effort to stop this company from hemorrhaging the massive amounts of cash we are burning through..
Agreed. If you really don't care for any kind of morale or lightening up, then the Exit door is probably where you should go. Leave the taint behind.
