Anthony Lye resigned from NetApp, one of the worst generators of HR issues with a constant stream of "cover ups" to protect a leader. Expect layoffs and cuts around the leadership changes. Other leaders have resigned as well due to quota and culture issues.

Phillip Miller VP of CyberSecurity resigned recently. He could not work in an environment that only pay lip service to security.
I had Anthony Lye do a 30-min session in a customer EBC. The SVP (most senior ranking exec I brought in on the customer side) asked that I never have "that pompous a-ho-e" join any of our discussions again. Good riddance.
He bought CloudJumper which was a disaster. NetApp suing CloudJumper now for fraud
Did he really resign or was he finally pushed out by GK?
His absolute mismanagement will affect NetApp for years to come and hopefully that didnt go unnoticed by gk…
Unfortunately this is normal netapp culture - having been here 7 years. Reported to HR and only to be given an apology and the behavior continues.
Hannibal Lecter (aka Anthony Lie) wont be missed...
Lye would say during customer facing EBC's "The Data Center is dead all these sales people are losing their jobs".... he was called out by customer C-Level executives about the behavior on a few occasions. In a well discussed incident he was at a site meet and greet and a NetApp person went to him and said "welcome to NetApp" and his response was "Who the Fu-k are you and what do you do to make me money".... He had an HR minder after that. He would routinely go after employees across the company trying to ruin careers he didn't like. He was toxic, but he was as toxic as GK tolerated. He built empires of people and set those people up to fight others. His group will be a target as they fold back in for the other leaders to settle scores.
Anthony the purchasing agent? Nice gig if u can get it 😂
I thought he was well-spoken and knowledgeable about the things that he talks about, No?
