My intention is not to offend those who are stuck here for any reason, but to encourage those who might give up looking for a better job after a failed few months of searching. I think I’m a record holder when it comes to time spent looking for a better opportunity, but it paid off. There is a big wide world outside of Allstate. Who has been looking for another offer for more than half a year?

Get out of claims if that’s where you’re currently working . There’s tons of jobs out there right now In all fields.
I think a lot of this depends on what area of the country you live
It took me 12.5 years on and off searching for more money. But now is definitely the time there were multiple offers.
Why is it taking you so long? I found a job in less than a week.
