In going with India reps the new consulting group is implementing a process that is quite simply not traceable. Dropped calls, unintelligible customer service reps, whatever means necessary to irritate people until they give up and go away. Just look at any corporation with ‘the cheapest’ model. This is by design people. I tell customers this on a daily basis that this is what they can expect in sticking w this company.
Only satisfaction I get here is giving our poor customers advice on quality carriers to switch to. People truly appreciate honesty and I appreciate how much calmer they become when I acknowledge how poor our company/customer service has become. Followed by my sincere apology and direction.

This post can't be real. All phones are now recorded lines held b y corporate. even in captive offices. That means you are ki----g your small business owners business before he had a chance to continue to fight to survive. If you want to give up fine! But don't bring anyone with you and don't let the door hit you.

Have you had a claim in the last three years? Your explanation is exactly what has been happening. Quite honestly, I don’t see any changes by going abroad
