From other posts I see that some people still enjoy their jobs at Accenture and can't understand why some of us don't. I think it boils down to your team and your manager. Accenture still has good pay and decent benefits, so it's mostly the environment that determines if you like it here or not. I have a cr---y manager who makes my life a living he-l nearly every day and coworkers who will rather trip you up than help you. I hate it here. But I can fully understand people enjoying their jobs if they have good teammates and managers. It's all a matter of perspective.
