Thread regarding 3M layoffs

The things they've done wrong?

I may be cut soon, but I don't envy those who will survive either. It is not enough to say that I am disappointed in leadership. I am more than disappointed in them. I think there are too many things they did wrong.

All the way from mismanaging resources both funds and human, all the way upto criminal surveillance and gang stalking, the company got everything wrong.

The cultures were bad , the work was trivial. Those who stayed long enough, were here for some very ugly perks. Nothing is below them, they could harass and torture folks for five years and still not stop.

even if the veteran case is somehow over turned, the company has absolutely no future left for it.

The company is not coming back to its original form. Probably they will dump the blame onto one section and break the remainder of the company up into smaller companies. Don’t waste your time, there are way better places out there.

Don’t worry, veterans and pfas plaintiffs will chew out any ounce of capital left on the carcass of mother mining. Everyone will end up in the job market sooner rather than later. Consider yourself lucky you got a head start.
