When do we get the new bonus and how much will it be?

We heard it was for hourly associates but what you’re describing is a typical salaried bonus thing, tied directly to the annual performance rating. We heard the new bonus was for store hourly associates.
Only Team Leads, Coaches, Store leads, and Store Managers get the bonus-which is annually. Start rates were increased before last Christmas and everyone raised to that level, replacing quarterly bonuses.
Details are supposed to come out next week. But it’s not a myshare. It’s a bonus based on years you’ve been there. Supposed to be yearly now.

there is no new bonus program. MY SHARE was rolled into increased starting wages last year. MY SHARE was put to bed. Don't expect a new program.
