My work group got a new manager. Our old manager was the worst any of us had ever seen. He was totally incompetent, indifferent to the point of being an A-ho-e in regards towards wasting others time and efforts, and a liar. This new manager transferred in from out of state. But he does his job, (old manager would work harder and longer trying to manipulate / intimidate others into doing his work than just do it himself) offers to help us when in the field, doesnt scream, doesnt cuss you out, doesnt threaten us, hasnt lied to us. When he comes out w/ us he points out what is right and if he sees anything that needs to be corrected, fixed, or replaced. If he sees something he helps us formulate a plan and schedule instead of throwing things and accusing of us of having too much time and not doing something on purpose. Old manager would just flip out on us even when something was completely beyond our control. I am in shock. For now things are better and our group’s morale is definitely higher. I hope the rest of you also get an improvement.

You just got him fired no place for his kind in this company. Way to go!!
The U.P-e will definitely ruin him.
Lies. UP wouldn't hire such a manager.
His management will run him off, they run off all the good managers...
