They don't treat their employees right. Giving them four hr one day a week. Who can live on that?. Treat your employees who been with you a while alot better or you going to lose alot of your local good employees or do you care at all?

As a previous poster said, cutting hours in the middle of June is unheard of especially right when we are kicking off our college season. I feel like the next step they are trending towards would be for everyone in the store to get there about 30 minutes before we open and leave as soon as we can once the store leaves just so they cut more hours.
I don't believe adjusting store operating hours is going to make any difference as they are still going to be cutting hours for the adjustment. It seems like they are just throwing everything at the wall to see if any of it sticks. It all seems very desperate. I also wonder if they are trying to get ahead of the earnings call. They can then say they are already implementing changes.
i can appreciate the attempt at positivity, but as someone who has worked for the company for over 15 years, i have never seen them keep cutting hours this far into the year
i get that sales are down and so hours are down, but on any given day the opening cashier has to hear multiple customers complain that there’s no one on the floor; twice this week alone it was me, the key, and the opening cashier until the closing manager came in
for several weeks, we have just the key and cashier multiple times a week as the only closing staff for 2-3 hours. the only way we’re going to get people to buy the things they didn’t initially want because we’re out of everything they did, is to have staff in store to try and sell
Even though it’s not ideal they are trying to figure it out. I hate it but I get it. I come from a very busy store and we are stretched way thin but I’m hoping eventually things will get better! Just go in everyday with a great attitude it’s a little easier!
i think they reduced hours because the open hours changed once again. we open at 11 now in most stores.
My store is literally 12 miles from the corporate office. Why does it take 9 to 12 people to come to my store to look at one sign. And ps thanks for ki----g my conversion.
Yep
