I find new producers woring from home write policies with errors alot - lien holder and forget collision and also dont add glass with comprehensive, then tell the customer a price that is $200 less than when the error is found.

Ok, I do agree with training and your first month should be in an office environment, but otherwise, no one wants WHF.

Multiple polls have been conducted with most showing around 5%-10% of whitecollar workers preferring WFH. The numbers of office, computer based, workers, who want to go into office 5 days a week is likely the vast, vast, minority of the workforce.

No I don't but we don't have a choice. WFH is one of many many things hurting and destroying this company.

I'd go back into the office if we still had one and had the choice to. Our office was closed and sold.

I would like one or two days in the office. That’s probably all I could afford in gas anyhow!

We need to be in the office. It served what it needed to for the pandemic but work quality and the team atmosphere has lessened making us less effective. Those on our team who were already lazy and disconnected at the office are non-existent. They work even less and are no shows at huddles a lot of the time. We as a whole need to do a hard reboot and be back in office for work quality and accountability. It is a fact that people have abused the work from home and are not working as they should be. Work from home has made many too comfortable. Most of my peers agree and those on our team who love and push for continued work from home were the problems in the office.

It helps no one when you have new employees you’re trying to train who live hundreds of miles away. Not being able to overhear them and correct them on the spot is maddening. It leaves employees to flounder and fail!!

For many of you, that is true. For some of us, it's not even close.

As soon as the recession kicks in WFH will be a distant memory.

I am fine with 'the office' being an option, for those who really enjoy it, or for whatever reason do not do as well at home. But don't force complete introverts to be butts in a chair just to suit your need for superiority and to feel like you have everyone under your thumb. Leave the WFH option. Some of us gain NOTHING from it and only lose.

The sooner back to the office the better. I hate going through the misery of this job in my own home/safe space.

Yes. I can take naps and clean my house and do everything I typically do during the weekend. It's great!!! Thank you allstate

It would be nice to go in once a week to see everyone. I dislike having a boss who lives so far away and doesn’t know me at all.

depends on the situation. I'd be fine going back into the office as I only live 2 miles from our old office. I am pretty impartial to it with a slight favor towards back in office.

The only flippin reason this dog outfit is allowing WFH is because they don’t want to get sued if someone gets COVID. They’d have your a-s back up in the office if it worked to their advantage. I will never go back to the office. If they want to pay for a junket meeting with meals and drinks like they did in the past that’s fine. I would go in for the day for that. I don’t miss loud obnoxious a-s kissing coworkers and all the in person politics. I love working from home. I just wish it didn’t have to be because of the plague. Now we are in pre-famine days so need to hunker down anyway. Allstate has saved millions from WFH. They even gave us scraps of 80 bucks a month to help pay our toilet paper electric and internet bill. Not enough cuz I’m so full of shot I use a lot of toilet paper. I would like a work from home company who was good at its core. Allstate sucks at home or in office. But working from home is better. Managers need to learn how to care and have fun. The personal side of giving a shot about the people inside the zoom glass is non existent

I like the option being there for when sick or kids are off school for break or the summer but prefer being in the office. Plus with gas what it is it works out well. When it was new and fresh I really liked it but overtime I actually prefer being in the office but our office is closed.

I think the micromanagement is much stronger working from home. The company seems to track every step I take. However the price of gas makes it more appealing than driving

Nope. Hybrid is preferable especially for new employees.

Sometimes. Not everyday. I prefer the office. However, I wish I could split it in half. Maybe work from home twice a week and office three days a week
