At one point, my boss started putting more and more pressure on me until his demands became completely unrealistic. I'm sure I'm not the only one? If I had a better offer, I would have left, but I didn’t, so I tried to do as much as I could because the bills have to be paid. Eventually when he saw that I would not leave voluntarily, the pressure eased. He probably found a new target to make leave voluntarily.

Dude, you're union. Just do your job and no one else's. You don't get paid enough to do anyone else's job.
