Other chemical sites for 3M are not safe, even in the US where the company has already made huge plea deals with the states.
Cottage Grove, Decatur, and Cordova could all be next in the firing line along with Gendorf or even the 3M Center pilot plants.
There are two international factories that produce pfas one in Antwerp and the other in Gendorf, I am sensing a second lawsuit might be in the cards too once this one materializes.

In 2018, 3M made a secret agreement with Lantis to use the most polluted of the soil dug up for the tunnel-highway project to build what was called a “security wall” surrounding its factory. Plans for the almost mile-long, 21-foot-high, 82-foot-wide structure were scrapped last December after environmentalists challenged the legal basis for the move.
